Stop The Muscle Pain - Part III
Well, it is over. You’ve already done the hard job or the workout. Now, after you’ve taken some rest the right way, here is how to make sure, that your muscles will also recover the right way.
Fish & Meat
The first meal after your workout should contain lots of meat. We can’t understand why fish is considered something that is not meat, but anyway. At this point, you need as much protein as you can get. And the meat can provide you with protein of the highest quality.
Active Rest
It is nice that you exercised your muscles today, but that doesn’t mean that tomorrow you can do nothing. Although some people will make you think, that you need to recover for at least 48 hours, that’s not true. Furthermore, if you do a workout the next day, and the day after, it will give you better muscle gains, but it will also make it impossible to get muscle pains. Pretty nice, isn’t it?
Massage
Now that’s something really pleasant. And healthy too! The massage will not only give you wonderful sensations, but will improve your blood flow. As a result, your muscles will be able to get more nutrients, and will recover properly and way faster that they would otherwise.
Following those simple tips, you will make your life a lot easier. The hard work in the gym is the only thing that nobody can make easier, but that goes without saying. However, outside the gym, you will feel comfortable in your body. And that is how it should be.
